Hello Pasta is a new fast food restaurant concept recently started in New York. As the name suggests the restaurant serves different types of pasta. The place was favored by most people from the start. Hello Pasta features, expertly cooked pastas paired with incredible variation of sauces. You can eat in or takeout via convenient containers reminiscent of Chinese cartons.
The Hello Pasta franchise founders received undisclosed financing from British-born billionaire and chairman and CEO of GFI Group Inc., Mickey Gooch.
“Our goal is to be the Starbucks or Pinkberry of pasta,” said Gregory Baratte, partner and chief marketing officer of the operation.
For the overall branding colors Hello Pasta has picked brown, green, orange and natural wood colors. I love the logo of the company combining a fork and a hand symbol into one friendly high-five.
Organically shaped wood planks on the ceiling are hanging down the walls resembling fettuccine. The ceiling fettuccine element hides an unfinished ceiling and provides a reflection surface for the simple incandescent light bulbs hanging below.
