Construction Documents Preparation is an additional service to the floor plan which you are purchasing from us.  We will use the existing floor plan and adjust it to your particular location.  After that we will contact your local jurisdiction and add all the required additional information in order to obtain your Health Department and Building Department Permits. This services is offered to the clients who are on a budget!

To purchase this services you will need to purchase our Typical Floor Plan first (CAD version).

Your Construction Documents Set will include following drawings:

  • Cover Sheet with Project and Code information
  • Site Plan with required parking calculations
  • Floor Plans
  • Ceiling Plan
  • Interior Elevations
  • Finish Schedule and Finishes List
  • Typical ADA compliant Bathroom Floor Plan
  • ADA compliant Bathroom Interior Elevations
  • Electrical Plans
  • Plumbing Plan
  • Mechanical Plan
  • Any additional drawings and notes required by your local authorities
