We are all used to seeing tile as square or rectangular cut pieces, but look what can be done with tile if you involve a bit more imagination. All of it sudden that tiled wall becomes an art piece!
The tile company ANN SACKS is continually discovering the new and different ways to create tile leading the design trends. On their website, you can find the latest collection introductions and updates, representing innovative movements in color, form and design.
Designer Erin Adams and Mexico-based Allumillenium Tile, in their effort to be more sustainable, collaborated on the design of the Luna collection of glass and metal tile. These tiles are made of recycled aluminum and the oil used to heat up the metals during production is recycled car oil.
The handcrafted tiles are available in sizes ranging from 1” x 6” to 6” x 6” and a variety of 36 colors. The tiles are pricey but beautiful!
I can see using these tiles in restaurants, hotels, and other commercial interior design application. To see more tiles by Ann Sacks click HERE.
